Once every slot on a space is taken, new advertisers don't just see "come back later" — they can place a bid to join a queue for the next slot that opens.
- The queue is ordered by bid, highest first. If two bids are equal, whoever bid first goes ahead.
- Nothing is charged while queued. A bid doesn't cost anything until it's actually promoted into a real slot.
- Nobody live is ever bumped. A higher bid only wins the next slot to free up — it never displaces a running advertiser.
- A slot frees up when an advertiser stops, is rejected pre-payment, or is taken down by you — or when you raise the space's max advertisers, which offers the new slot(s) to the queue immediately.
- When a bidder is promoted, they're emailed and pay their bid, not your original asking price.
You can see who's waiting and the current top bid from your space's manage page.
