Stop ad on your dashboard pulls a live ad from rotation right away. You're only ever billed for the days it actually ran — nothing further once it's stopped. If anyone's queued for that space, the slot is offered to the next bidder automatically.
Haven't been accepted or paid yet? Use Withdraw instead — it removes a pending submission or a queue bid entirely, and since neither was ever charged, there's nothing to settle.
